What should I bring?
Your packing list is included in the NCS Guide that we send to young people and their parents/guardians with confirmed places*, approximately one month before the start of your programme.
For the residential phases, you are allowed to bring one suitcase and one day bag with you. Any additional bags will have to be left behind, so please stay within the luggage limit. Please try to avoid using a large suitcase due to limited luggage space.
All our accommodation comes with bedding, including the tented accommodation and yurts. We also provide bedding for the overnight camp that you may take part in during Phase 1.
You should not bring any prohibited items such as alcohol, any illegal drugs, illegal items, pen knives or weapons onto NCS. There will be consequences if you are found to be in possession of any of these items.
We are not able to insure personal belongings. For this reason, we recommend that you do not bring unnecessary expensive items or valuables.
* If your programme start date is in less than a month and you are waiting to hear about the status of your application, please contact us.
