What are the benefits of being a graduate?

Completing NCS is just the beginning. As a NCS graduate, you will be invited to exciting events and have access to ongoing activities in your area, as well as unique opportunities to develop your skills further.

During the NCS programme, we give out lots of information about the variety of options available to you as a graduate and how you can stay involved, including how Graduate Representatives and local Youth Boards can help you stay connected.

As a graduate, you will have access to our two graduate programmes:

Phase 4
NCS Phase 4 is an exclusive alumni programme open to all graduates of the NCS programme. Graduates gain access to a range of exciting opportunities from social action projects, employability workshops and reunion events.

As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to reunite with other NCS graduates and learn important skills for professional and personal development, all whilst meeting new people and making a difference to local communities.
